In the event of refunded return, we require that you contact us via email or telephone within 48 hours of receiving your order and return the new and unused goods to us with all the original labeling and packaging attached within 7 days of receiving the goods. When shipping, send us the item along with a copy of your receipt. For protection, please ship all returns with insurance. Please note: We do not refund the costs of shipping or insurance at this time.
